Sending electronic files to Northeast Thermography

  1. Northeast Thermography accepts both PC and Mac files. Below is a list of the program we support.

  2. Sending spot color jobs: The type of colors to be used when creating your files depends on the way you wish to have your jobs printed. If your job is going to print in spot color (PMS color), then specify the pms number in your files. If a job is printing in reflex blue and black the file should be reflex blue and black. This includes PDF files.

  3. Sending Process color jobs: If you are submitting a process color job for printing the colors should be set as CMYK. Do not submit files in RGB color. Files submitted in RGB color will be rejected or you will incur additional charges to convert your file to CMYK.

  4. Submitting PDF files: Northeast Thermography can print from your PDF files both in spot color and CMYK color. PDF files should be submitted at actual size unless project bleeds. If the project bleeds the bleed should be set to 1/16". For business card projects do not step your jobs, please submit one name per page even if there are multiple names. The file size should be 3.5" * 2.0". Please be sure to embed all fonts or they may default to system fonts. Once you submit a PDF file, we are unable to edit or make changes to the file. The reorder coupon will be marked exact repeat, therefore if you send us the coupon for another order with a different name we will not be able to make the changes. Only native files can be edited.

  5. Fonts: When submitting files that require fonts, please be sure to include them. If you are submitting a .EPS file if you have turned your fonts into outline, you do not need to include the fonts. It is very important that if you are sending a Mac file you send Mac font and P.C. fonts for a P.C. file.

  6. How to submit your file: Please complete our order form and fax it to us with a print out of your file to 203.269.5503. Then email the file to orders@nethermography.com please be sure to tell us if the file is P.C. or Mac. It is important that file you submit has a unique name. Since we received many files daily, a file named "business cards" may be lost in our system.
